The Costa Blanca is an area of
fascinating contrasts. From magnificent
mountain ranges to beautiful beaches
with acres of space, from large
cosmopolitan beach resorts to small,
untouched Spanish villages, it’s all
here, basking in what is reputed to be
the finest climate in Europe.
Property prices, as elsewhere in Spain,
have shown strong growth in recent years
and the market remains buoyant, making
this a great area investing in a second
home or a holiday property.

The Costa Blanca enjoys an average of
300 days of sunshine per year with most
of the region’s rainfall occurring in
Spring and Autumn. South of Alicante,
you’ll find fantastic beaches with sand
dunes bordered by beautiful palm, pine
and eucalyptus trees. There are many
fine residential estates in the area,
several of which adjoin top quality golf
courses and all offering superb homes.
North of Alicante, as well as the famous
cities of Benidorm and Valencia, there
are equally beautiful beaches and
harbours and many prestigious
residential areas set against a dramatic
mountain landscape.

If you’re keen on sports, Costa
Blanca has a great deal to offer.
Championship golf courses, water sports
of every type, tennis and shooting are
all popular and, of course, skiing in
the Sierra Nevada is only a drive away.
Although there are fewer courses on this
Coast than the Costa del Sol, golfers
here enjoy the finest of facilities and
there is a good golf course near to
every major urbanisation. |
